The ambiance was great, service was attentive, and they used real crab in their rolls. That last one is unheard of where I live, so I was both surprised and delighted considering the price point was comparable. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

The sushi is sooo good and so fresh here! Since it's a smaller space you may have to wait a little but they even do takeout so that's always worth it too. Service is good and overall they're quick and nice.

They have options to choose from whether you want fresh sushi, 1- to 2- item bentos, tempura, ramen, etc. there's something for everyone, and it's all delicious! I especially love that they have my favorite Chirashi omakase, the kajime seaweed, and cuts of fish I prefer. Service was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Ambiance was like any traditional intimate sushi restaurant, which I love for a quick lunch. Will add this to my list of favorite sushi restaurants for when I'm back in Beverly Hills.

Been coming here since I was a little girl and this place is an absolute gem for us locals. Delicious food and always fresh. Friendly staff, especially to my little one. We dine in or order to-go. Their bento is quite generous, and the cod is DIVINE, melts in your mouth! I wish the servings were the same for to-go's though .....it's always considerably less

Imma say it -- Noma is Santa Monica's best sushi restaurant! Its so solid. Authentic, accessible, amazingly delicious, and al around an ace. I first came to (+ fell in love with) Noma back in 2018. Then, in May of 2020, I moved nearby & it's been my go to spot ever since! MUST order: - spicy tuna crispy rice (" "best I ever had" - Drake" - me re: ^ ) - garlic edamame (could bathe in that sauce) - Hawaiian Roll (so crunchy & tasty!) - chirashi bowl (big & full of fresh fish) - anything on their specials/chef suggestion board honestly Every person I've brought to this amazing establishment falls in love upon first taste. And not only is the food so so good, but the decor is perfect. It feels authentic/legit while still being warm and inviting. And the people there always make sure everyone is tended to, no matter how busy it might be. 10/10 for Noma!!!

LONG wait. People were getting annoyed outside but it is what it is. Popular and busy place, and it deserves it because it's one of the best neighborhood sushi spots. Fish is fresh, portions are large, and they don't fill you up with rice. Highly recommend

I love this place! The food is so good! I really like the service too, they are so sweet and kind. Everything I ordered was amazing. I can't wait to be back and try their other things. It's kinda dark in there. Parking is a bit of a pain, but other than that.. food is good so I'll be back!

Loved my experience here! The interior is beautiful and makes you feel like you've been transported back to Japan. Food was great; we tried a variety of things including miso eggplant, spicy crab rice, the sashimi, and the King roll. No frills, good food, a wait outside for a reason. Parking lot or easy street parking available.

Decided to try this place after a friend recommended it. As this is a place her and her family have been going to for years. The restaurant itself is a decent size with plenty of seating space with the options of booths or tables. The servers were very kind and friendly. We did learn that come this December or early January. They are moving to a new location across the street. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the Pink Lady Roll and the Fried rice with spicy tuna. I do wish I would've had some sake. But I'll definitely have it next time. My husband had their Bento box, which was larger than most other places. While he really enjoyed it, He didn't totally love the teriyaki chicken he got. But he is more than happy to give it another try. Overall, I think this place is definitely worth a visit. And did I mention that the pricing is very affordable.
